Billy is about 20 lbs, about 1- 1 1/2 yr old, very sweet and frienly a definite lap buddy who loves to give kisses, he does well with other dogs, cats and loves people, currently at the vet's office getting vetted and neutered Billy is a loving dog. He's good with other dogs. Likes to play. But likes to be in your lap more. He sticks close by you.
